Good directions are included, and the lower control arm does NOT need to be removed. A press is useful, but not necessary.
There are two versions of this bushing. The standard version has some noise insulation, (but not as much as the flimsy stock rubber piece of course) The second version has no isolation at all, and is intended for serious track or race cars. The race version WILL require periodic maintenance.
This is the version used to suit BMWCCA prepared class racing.
This bushing is best suited for track applications.
