Order Inquiries / Common Questions

Q: My Order Status is Order Processing. What does this mean?
A:    Your payment has been approved and the order has been entered. All product is hand pulled and packaged to prepare for shipment. Some of our items require some final finishing and some require special options. It is standard for 2-4 business days although some items may require a bit longer based on sales volume.  If an item is backordered, or will take longer than 5-10 business days to process, you will likely be sent an order message to let you know of the delay.

Q: I chose EXPRESS SHIPPING and my order has not shipped yet?
A:    Please remember that warehouse processing time also has to be added to your shipping choice. Usually 2-4 business days in-house before orders are labeled and picked up by the shipping carrier. The method you select applies only after your order leaves the warehouse. Shipping pickup is later in the afternoon and there is no shipping processed during weekends and holidays. However, sometimes we'll get orders out the same day.

Q: My order did not come with installation instructions?
A:    Many of our products are fairly straight forward but may require a bit of customization for installation. Check the product details on our website for a link to a PDF download or feel free to shoot us a quick email.

Q: Will your race parts work on my street car?
A:    
As most of our products were intended for track use, it's possible that some things will not be appropriate for a daily driver or the car show circuit.

Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A:    Yes, but conditions may apply including service fees. Please review the Terms & Conditions of purchase that was agreed to when you placed your order.

Q: My product was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
A:    Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Any damages that occur during transit are subject to review by the shipper's claim process, so save ALL the packaging during the claim process. This process can take up to 30 days. We will assist in filing the claim with the shipper. HARD Motorsport is not responsible for refund or replacement of items damaged in transit. Please review the Terms & Conditions of purchase that was agreed to when you placed your order.
