We will do our best to make sure your order is filled in the fastest timeframe possible. It is impossible to prediect specific product demand and our inventory may be limited. Our manufacturing facilities are hard at work to ensure a reasonable lead-time. Most orders process and ship within 2-4 days. Expedited shipping does not affect order processing times and only applies to the shipping methods and transit times as dictated by the shipping provider.

HARD Motorsport parts are intended for OFF-ROAD or TRACK USE ONLY. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. HARD Motorsport holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.
HARD MOTORSPORT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you bring it to a mechanic, always remember that a GOOD mechanic will make sure it is the correct and a quality part before installing it. If you do not agree to this policy, simply return prior to installation.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HARD Motorsport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. HARD Motorsport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. HARD Motorsport may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with HARD Motorsport, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow at least 4 buisness days for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery, then please contact us by phone for immediate attention before you order to check availability.
HARD Motorsport reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacturer, or sale, but a error which HARD Motorsport's responsibility is to correct the error.
Cancellation requests made by customers after purchase are subject to a cancelation fee of 5% of the total order amount initially processed. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. You have 30 days from date of purchase to submit a request of order cancelation.
RETURNS POLICY
You will need to call and speak with a HARD Motorsport representative to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is recieved at HARD Motorsport and inspected carefully. HARD Motorsport reserves the right to deny a return request.

RETURNS:
- An RMA may be requested within 10 business days of item delivery date. An RMA number will be provided by your HARD Motorsport representative. Submit requests via email to sales@hardmotorsport.com Please include the order number or reply to your original order confirmation email.
- Call tags / return shipping labels will not be issued unless the product received is not the product SKU that was ordered. A return label may be requested, the cost of shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days. All returns should have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box or shipping label. Please send tracking information to sales@hardmotorsport.com
- Returned items must appear in NEW, resalable condition. If the returned goods are not in NEW resalable condition, a negotiated credit or no credit shall be issued. If merchandise is damaged, deformed, or has been installed, the return will be refused. Retrieval or shipping of these items will be at the expense of the property owner. Damaged goods will not be accepted. Items that are damaged in transit shall not be accepted.
- No returns, refunds or credits will be issued on special order items.
OTHER RETURN REQUESTS:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. Photos of defective item must be provided via email or text message.
Defective items must be reported to HARD Motorsport no more than 30 days after delivery.
HARD Motorsport is not responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm vehicle fitment before purchase.
Fulfillment errors resulting in the shipment of incorrect product should be reported immediately. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery to detect any possible issues. Issues discovered outside of the 15 day window may be offered discounted replacment. It is important to inspect your items upon delivery for accuracy.
Products from other manufacturers will be subject to the defective product policy of the aforementioned manufacturer. HARD Motorsport is not responsible to replace any such item if the manufacturer policy does not cover the replacement.
This policy is not applicable to items that may have been damaged during shipping, unboxing, or installation.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in our online store supersede all previous prices. However, we cannot control price increases by third party suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct pricing at any time. If a third party product price has changed we will notify you giving you the option to cancel the order of pay the difference. No cancelation fees will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate due to available supply, inventory and currency exchange rates.
NO GUARANTEE OF INVENTORY
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “IN STOCK” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. Most outofstock items are in stock again within two (2-4) weeks.
Special Order items are considered a non-stock item. Lead time for delivery is required. No cancellations after purchase will be processed.
SHIPPING / RECEIPT OF GOODS
We will do our best to ship all orders within 4 Business Days of Original Order date unless otherwise notified. Backorder fullfilment and shipping will occur as soon as product is made available. HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for backorder delays or make guarantees of availability or product delivery.
International Shipping rates quoted on our website do not inlcude import duties, taxes, or other such related fees.
HARD Motorsport reserves the right to ship items with any selected carrier. Orders may ship without the requirement of signature authorization unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional charges for such service. Items delivered to the buyers indicated shipping address, without signature authorization, becomes the property of the buyer. Any such incidence that occurs after delivery is the sole responsibility of the buyer. HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to the buyer. Shipments that are determined undeliverable by the courier remain the property of the buyer even if abandoned, unclaimed, or returned to the sender.
